Working with writer Brendan Deneen has been a joy, to say the least. His slick style and new vision has reawakened my boyish fascination with Flash and Mongo. What I’ve liked most about working on this story-arc is Brendan’s love of the world and its characters. He knows his stuff! With new angles on the characters and with almost complete freedom to re-invent to visuals, the last year or so I’ve spent on this project has been both a joy and a treasured experience.
